Great and convenient location for visiting Carlsbad, it's so close to Chili's restaurant and bar and fabulous national parks and stores.

We loved our room with a comfortable queen size bed and a cozy love seat. The location was perfect, right next to Chili's restaurant and bar, offering great value on food and drinks. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located just a short 5-minute drive from the Carlsbad Museum and Art Center.

It was clean place, staff were extremely friendly and very very helpful, and I loved my updated room. The hotel had a central location close to everything. It was also not far from train tracks, fabulous national parks and restaurants and gas stations. Everything was simply good.

The rooms here have been recently renovated and come with complimentary donuts and coffee, as well as convenient amenities such as a microwave, coffee and tea makers, and a fridge.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Carlsbad, New Mexico and I was impressed with my experience at Carlsbad Inn. The staff was very accommodating, helping me with several changes to my reservation. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a microwave and refrigerator for added convenience. I also appreciated the modern TV and the vanity area located outside the shower. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the train tracks meant that I received a timely wake-up call in the morning.

The hotel was in a sketchy neighborhood which made us feel unsafe. The room was small and outdated with a musty smell.
